2024 Chelmsford Community Read-In

March 4-8, 2024

The idea behind the Chelmsford Community Read-IN (CCRI) is that members of the community come in to classrooms for 20-30 minutes to read a book or two to students to show the kids that their whole community, not just their parents and teachers, care about their education and literacy. For this reason, we ask that if you are a parent of a current Chelmsford student, you sign up for classrooms other than those with your own child(ren).

Did you enjoy reading in a classroom? That's all it takes to participate in this fun program!

Please visit the following sign ups to register for a time slot to read. If you don't have a favorite book to bring, we will be asking the librarians to make a selection of favorites available to readers.
