Spring Forward is a neighborhood initiative designed to bring communities together to beautify their neighborhoods. Using the simple act of painting the plywood barricades over vacant and abandoned homes, this initiative is intended to minimize unwanted graffiti, lower crime, diminish the negative impact of these homes, and to begin the stabilization process in the economic redevelopment cycle of each neighborhood.
